As a Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be overseeing contractors who are carrying out maintenance and minor upgrade*refurb work on plant within schools through out the Bradford region.
You will also be called upon to provide technical advice to contractors and schools to help them resolve problems and also maximise the efficiency of their plant.
This large local authority is responsible for a considerable portfolio of schools, leisure facilities, libraries and other public buildings ranging from those built within the last 5 years to meticulously maintained properties dating from the Victorian era.
